We can construct and formulate questions for surveys, then implement them at very short notice – in most parts of the country and indeed the world. As we have been conducting this work for many years, we are very aware (when formulating the questions) of the limitations and restrictions that are placed on you.

The reports of our findings are structured in such a way as to be admissible as evidence in court. Such reports are increasingly of interest at OHIM where independent (the brand owners’ or their legal representatives’) surveys are of value.
